Profile

Pam Chapple, CPA, formerly Chapple & Marquess CPA’s, was established in October 1996 when Pam Chapple and Dory Marquess acquired the firm of Nicholson and Marti CPA’s. It didn’t take long for us to decide that we enjoyed tax consulting more than any of the other services CPA’s provide. We tailored our practice to focus on providing the best tax service we could for our clients. Dory retired in April 2016.

Tax law is complex and can be intimidating. To many it seems like a foreign language. At Pam Chapple, CPA we see ourselves as your translator. We explain the law as it pertains to your individual situation so you can go forward with the knowledge to make decisions and plans that work for you.

Staff Profiles

Pam Chapple – Owner
Pam has been working in accounting since 1981 and tax since 1989. She actually enjoys tackling complex tax returns like some people enjoy a good crossword puzzle. But the best part of the job for her is the time she gets to spend with people.

When she isn’t working you can find her outside. Pam likes to spend her time with her husband Dave and friends camping, biking, hiking, paddling, crabbing and cooking. She has a special love of sailing and she and Dave have enjoyed many wonderful hours under sail.

Elizabeth Lee – Office Manager
Liz has been running the front office since 2006 plus the 2002 season. She genuinely cares about and enjoys our clients. She manages appointment schedules, checks and assembles tax returns, delivers tax returns as well as an endless list of tasks that keep the firm running smoothly for all.

When she isn’t working she loves spending time with her husband and her cute little girl who is growing so fast! Liz also likes camping, fishing and time spent with her huge family.

Marjean Storm – Accountant / Tax Preparer
Marjean has been working in accounting and tax preparation since 1972. She took a five year break in 1997 for a position as Office & Financial Manager of a software development corporation, but found she missed working with clients and the challenge of taxes. She’s determined this is definitely her niche.

Her free time is spent with her sons, grandsons, and close friends. She enjoys biking, camping, movies, sewing, and Mahjong. Summer is her favorite season – the more sunshine, the better!
